I received some of these servo mounts from smart hobby. And can I say wow, they won’t disappoint. After looking for ways to mount servos for turnouts, I ran across these and then this site. I have been studying what would be the best mount for my layout. And this is the one that is by far superior to anything out there. The versality of this mount to use for turnouts, crossing gates, animated scenes, and anything you can imagine, is what sold me on this mount. I have been testing some actions with the servos and I am really pleased. The strength of the mount and wire is exceptional. I had a test turnout on a piece of Masonite and it broke the turnout loose. So there should be no issues of this mount running a turnout through several inches of foam. Overall this is a really great mount and the price is very good. Shipping is quick and customer service is top notch. Stay tuned in the weeks to come I will try a video of some different applications for this mount.
